This came during the Governor of Port Said's tour today, to see the latest developments in work inside a number of new factories in the south, accompanied by Major General Alaa Al-Maliki, Director of the Industrial Zone, Professor Ahmed Zaghloul, Head of the Southern District, and officials of the Gas Company. The governor of Port Said confirmed that the factory is close to being completed in preparation for its operation. The governor added that Port Said is witnessing this type of industry for the first time, which comes within the boom in the industrial zone and the presence of giant entities that have contributed to achieving the highest economic level in the region. The governor of Port Said inspected the departments of the factory being built, stressing that the gas production plant will pump its production of medical oxygen needed for hospitals and medical centers and support many production projects. It is worth noting that the factory will contribute to industrial uses in petroleum products companies, paper and textile industries, and a number of food and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, the importance of the factory's products of nitrogen and argon gases needed for many production processes, especially in industrial uses in petroleum products companies.
